Hi, I've been trying to find this certain movie for a while now and its really starting to bother me.

Roughly I remember it being about 3 kids who went into a quarry to swim and thought there was a monster living in the water. Anyways, it ended up being a road digger or something along those lines... Any clue's as to what this movie is called would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, I believe that it's from the mid to late 80's if that helps. Thanks in advance.
