This movie was about a killer going around a school. The janitor was real goofy looking and I think the killers name was the Breather. There was a horse head made in shop class as one of the weapons and stuff would pop up on the screen like door unlocked on the car as 2 people were in the back seat....Any ideas?

AMAZON has a "sign up your email and we'll let you know when it's released" page.
They usually only do this when there is a POPULAR TITLE or they hear something about it possibly being released. They use the list of emails to tell the studio "hey a lot of people are intestered".
