Okay...I threw in Bruce Campbell so no one would whine that BUBBA HO TEP isn't '80s. Bruce is '80s. There? Happy? Anyway...someone on here suggested this movie and I gotta say: it was the best movie I've seen in a long time. Very original. I ususlaly hate new movies but this one was good. I recommend anyone who hasnt seen it yet to give it a shot.

Twas I and I think you for enjoying it as much as I did.
I have a perverse delight in anything that sends up Elvis, but I also liked the idea of empowering senior citizens.

Well Thank YOU, HIPSTERMOM27. Thankyouverymuch. My best friend and I have been getting together once a week for 16 years to watch horror movies. We havent seen a good movie in a very long time. We both enjoyed BUBBA HO TEP.I recommended my husband and HIS best friend watch it the next time they get together.

I think this movie could become a cult classic even though it's now on video. This is Bruce Campbell at his best. I found it in the reduced bin at Wal-Mart.
