There are two kids (about 9-11) on a bridge who look into a body of water (river or whathaveyou) then next thing we remember is the kids are playing panflutes while on a quest to kill a man in a castle with a heart of stone. It isn't animated or anything, has real actors and the whole bit. We rmember watching it on HBO after fraggle rock in the early 80's. My friends and I can't find the title of this movie to save our lives, hopefully you can help.

I am sorry this doesn't ring a bell with me. If you can't get an answer to this you might try asking Devolution direct. He is really good at some of these hard to find things. I hope that this helps.
