There's some show on late at night with Tom Arnold, I think it is called something like the best sports show ever.
Did anyone see it last night???
They were doing an 80's special.
The one guy was dressed like Rick James, one was Run DMC, one was a punk rocker with a pink mohawk, and I have no Clue what Tom Arnold was, unless he was Weird Al...
But...Rick Springfield performed Jessie's Girl.
He still looks pretty good...he had a huge tattoo on his left arm, which he has such nice arms, and he covered one up, the right arm, was still looking real good, that guitar playing pays off-fer sure.
I hate it though when people change themselves to blend in more with today's stuff, because I liked them the way they were, not all grungy looking, if he likes it, fine...good for him, I still like him anyway, but I liked him better before.
He had his dog with him, but I always remember him with the dog that looked like Spuds McKenzie...

tattoos rule. Some people spend money to hang art on their walls, I put art on my person. People have always changed themselves to blend in with current trends; look at all the guys who got pierced ears in the 80's.

A hole can grow shut, your stuck with a tattoo for life, and then in 10 years when the fashion trends change again, your stuck with your artwork that is out of style.
I can't picture doing that to myself, because I can't even stand keeping the same furniture that long, and I rearrange my house constantly, because I get sick of looking at the same stuff, yeah everything is cool in the beginning when it is new, but after so long of looking at something, it becomes boring. My own mom got a tattoo thinking that's cool, and now she looks at it, like gosh...I am stuck with this on me for life, it's like, oh well...you kind of know what your getting in to before hand with that one.

I change the artwork on my walls constantly too, I can't even imagine looking at the same picture on the same wall for 50 years, especially after time takes a toll on it. ICK. Everyone that has a tattoo, I hope they love them, cause it would be a total bummer to change your mind down the road.

I got a cool band's symbol tattooed on my shoulder, and although they're still a very popular band, I had my tat modifed to make it more personal, more tribal.
It's a red-orange Godsmack sun with a black hole in da middle.

not everyone gets a tattoo because it's a trendy thing to do, or just to be cool. i have tattoos on my back and i don't look at them with regret, but they are a part of my body and symbolize something. i was fully aware and understood the fact that they are going to be there forever, infact, that was the point.
anyway, i love the song rick springfield did for the movie private school..AMERICAN GIRL. i have that soundtrack. and DON'T TALK TO STRANGERS was a good hit. i found out a month ago that he was once in love with linda blair! i never knew that.
