Merry Christmas everyone!! It's been awhile since I've posted on the board but I have been reading here and there when time permitted. Seemed like things were getting a bit nutty but have been resolved. Good to know. Anyways, here it is, I'm going through a Johnny Depp phase. I have not seen Private Resort. Cindy, this is classic 80's teen cheese! Definitely check it out if ur into Johnny, which you obviouslky are, just don't expect too much!

You definetly should try to see it, just to show that these revered stars all start in humble places. I laughed a lot during this movie, it was cheesy but fun as well. Aslo seeing Tommy from Valley girl and Fleischman from Northern Exposure also gives it a cool twist.

I had to revive this old topic because I am currently in the middle of watching this comedy fiasco. I don't remember it being as funny as it is. I even caught a glimpse of Eva La Rue from All My Children fame as a girl at the bar in the opening scene. I don't think she was even credited for it. If you haven't seen it or feel the need to post something about it, now is your chance.
Also Dody Goodman looked good in it, she just recently passed away so it made me think of how funny she was too.

Wow...it's so weird to see something you posted 5 years ago! I almost got a bit emotional cause it made me think back to what my life was like at that point...anyways. I did get around to seeing this movie and unfortunately, I was really disappointed . Just didn't do it for me. Oh well, there's always Malibu Bikini Shop...haha .

Cindy, I've seen this movie a couple of times, but it is just not very good.
btw, there's that RiverPhoenixf4Life girl again that made here presence known on The Rewind years ago too.
