I just came back from seeing Woody Allen's new film, Anything Else. I wasn't expecting much at all (mainly from the promotions), but I have to say I was pleasantly suprised. It got me to thinking about his other films. Does anyone have any favorites of his from the 80's? Mine would definitely be Hannah and Her Sisters.

I enjoyed 'Manhattan Murder Mystery' very much, though it's not 80's. I believe it's from 1993.

'Hannah and her Sisters' was OK. I preferred 'Radio Days'. I much prefer his 70's comedies especially Take the Money and Run and Love and Death.

Love and Death was hilarious... "wheat." I like Hannah and Her Sisters because it dealt with serious topics in very truthful and humorous fashion... plus it had a great ending.Everything You Always Wanted Know about Sex *but were afraid to ask--- that was pretty funny as well.
