I know this will probably sound insane, but I am going crazy trying to figure out the title of this movie?
I remember very little about it, so bare with me. It's set in the summer. A teenage girl is living in the city with her father. She meets this other girl and they become friends. At some point the girl walks in on her father and this new friends of hers making out. The girls are something like 14 and 16, I think. The daughter does some yelling at her father and the girl and then someone (the father or the other girl?) slaps the girl and she runs down the street crying.
I know, I know how much more vauge could I be, but this scene has been in my head for years! I can not for the life of me dredge up even a fraction of the title or the actors in this movie.
Help, someone, anyone please! (pulling hair out in large clumps)
