i was wondering if anyone can recall a kiefer sutherland movie from the 80's. the title of the movie has the word "moon" in it and in the movie he falls in love with a deaf girl. i am pretty sure that this movie is canadian and that is about as much as i know. if anyone can be of any help it would be greatly appreciated:) thanks!
