Something that's been bothering me for several years is remembering a movie from my childhood.
All I can really remember is that the heros were two kids trying to emulate a make-believe character called Black Jack to fight crime or some other typical 80s good deed.
It was an action/adventure/family kind of movie.

Think it's "Disney Presents The 100 Lives of Black Jack Savage", from 1991. Only one that clicks with me.
