Ok, my boyfriend needs to know the name of an 80's movie that I can't identify so I am turning to you...This is what he remembers:
A bunch of delinquent kids, one possibly named Carl.
One situation is that they shot out a police windshield from a bb-gun.
The cops catch them in an open field and they say they're looking for the one kid's contact.
Cop replies "you don't wear contacts."
Another scene the one kid is describing a drug experience where he was supposed to get speed but thought it was acid or something.

Vincent Spano was also in that. Yes, I believe it was Matt Dillon's first movie, and the casting director was auditioning actual troubled kids, if I remember correctly.
