My mother and I both remember this movie, but can not seem to remember the name, if anyone can help that would be great. Here is how it went from what we can remember. It was a man who was a serial killer. He went around killing young women. Even at college dorms. The thing to it is he did it naked. He actually ran around naked killing women. At the end when he finally gets caught, he tells the cop who caught him that he will only escape and out of anger the cop shoots him. Well that is it does this sound familiar to anyone?
