I know it has something to do with "good scotch" & "the small of a womens back"

Not sure about the movie poster, but according to imdb.com, here is what the Kevin Costner character said in the movie:

Personally, I find it ironic that the quote mentioned about Lee Harvey Oswald "acted alone", when you consider Costner played the lead role (who believed otherwise) in Oliver Stone's "JFK" conspiracy-theory movie!
