In Australia where i grew up, these two shows were played back to back. I had to cycle like hell on my bmx from soccer practise so i could shower and sit in front of whos the boss and 730 on a wednesday. When it ended i would make a cup of tea for my mum and i then watch growing pains. This was our religious practice every week and i dont know when it ended, it just did.
I was completely in love with Alyssa Milano and then i just grew out of it like we all do. I loved those episodes where boys would be interested in her. I watched growing pains because it just made me laugh. Mike Ceaver was just the sort of guy i didnt want to be like but just made me laugh. I remember the cast members changing and growing up then it just wasnt the same ever again.

I love both shows! Hallmark channel shows reruns of Who's the Boss, and sometimes I'm able to catch those. I have season one of both shows on DVD.

Devolution here,

Watching these shows was one of the better things to do on a weeknight back then, but oddly unlike now when certain nights blow for programming, everynight there was something to watch, Who's the Boss was mostly geared for guys, as Danny Pintauro never grew into a teen heartthrob, and Alyssa Milano is still smokin.

I did buy season one of Growing Pains, I don't know why, but it made sense at the time, I watched the whole thing once, but it doesn't have my favorite episode, the one with the dance and the girl with the blue dress that had the squeaky voice... total classic.

WE are DEVO

I love Who's The Boss, especially the first three or four seasons. As I got older started to lose interest and haven't even seen any episodes toward the end of the series.

I remember watching Growing Pains as well, but same as above, lost interest after the first few seasons.

I was too and still am! She is still the ultimate on my list if I could choose anyone.

like petty said, i too have been watching Who's The Boss on hallmark channel. i haven't watched that show since it was on the air.

i always loved it. but the ending really p!ssed me off. it took me a long time to get over it haha.

i wasn't a fan of Growing Pains. i saw some episodes here and there at the time, but i never really got into it.

I didn't like the Who's the Boss ending either. The last couple seasons just weren't good.
