Nothing can really be done that Nick hasn't tried already. The issue is that sometimes the indexing on thye forums gets a little screwed... actually that's not quite right. The indexing is fine, but the data files that contol and read these indexes stop reading them properly. The practical upshot of this is that the server gets filled up with a gazillion empty files and the software can't cope. It reports that the disk is full and then hangs. And it needs Nick to contact the host company (in California) and get them to delete the empty files and reset the index controls. Then, when they are completed, the board reappears.

This used to happen very regularly, but this is the first time in a long while that it happened. I'm sure that Nick is looking into ways of stopping it happening. However - thx for your patience, guys!

Paul...i have no idea what you just said! Did you try turning things on and off as well as unplugging? Worked wonders for my Grandfather who ran a lighthouse...apart from a few fishermen who sank thier boats as a result of his actions...hmmm.
