Who is actually using his or her real photo as their Rewind profile picture?
I've never used my photo as my profile pic, but most of the people on here that have known me for awhile have seen a few pics of me over the years. My current profile pic is of the 80's Movie Network that I continue to dream about creating in the future.
However, I must admit that it is cool to put a face to people that contribute to this incredible 80's site. I don't know who else does this, but I'll often click on someone's profile to check out their fav 80's flicks and look for an updated profile pic.
What does everyone else think?

For anyone using photobucket .. you have to drill all the way down to the picture to get the direct link you need to post it on the Rewind.
Simplier way to put it .. make sure it is on the only picture on your screen when you copy the direct link.

I can't figure it out either...any way to take a pic from my own files on my computer and transfer it to my Rewind page....until I get this figured out, I'll paint a mental picture....imagine...Danny Devito....Simon Cowell...they have a baby together....that's me!

Kev.. you can't download directly from your computer to The Rewind, but you can download to a site such as photobucket.

Let me know if you want me to crop your photo for you. I can do my best to make it just a pic of you.. however.. SA or somebody might be better at the photo editing than me.
Then you can save it to your computer and upload on photobucket and your Rewind profile. We can talk you through it.

For those who just don't feel comfortable put up his or her pic.. I respect your choice because I've never been someone that really shared my pic on the internet either. However, I must admit that I totally enjoy putting faces to the people that I've gotten to know as friends over the years.

Once again, I just want to say that I understand that some folks are not comfortable posting his/her pic and I won't pressure them if that is their choice. But even those people have to admit they are enjoying clicking on a profile now and being able put a face to the screen name. Very cool indeed!

Tiffany has joined the Profile Pic Club..
And Nick has never been shy about his pic either. I remember an excellent pic of him years ago in a tux in front of a DeLorean (okay car) with Christie Brinkley (okay cardboard cut out) .. right? So I don't remember the details, but it reminded me of a James Bond movie.
