Mots never watches this show as Kelly Rippa to him is the equivalent of nails down a chalkboard but a couple high school friends of mine made it to the final four of the grill off. Their video was actually on the show this morning! Their names are Titans of Taste and they have a most excellent sauce. I was gonna post a link to the site but you have to be a member to see it.....

I'm actually going to the Rib Fest here in town this evening. This will be the second year of the event and I really enjoyed it last year. The weather is going to be real nice too.

They're actually having a Rib Fest about 20 miles from here too along with live music. The headliners are 2 former Digital Underground members and Vanilla Ice lol no joke........

I will look for the video if I can get access. Yeah, Kelly Ripa is so annoying. If I have to hear her complain about all of the traffic going to the Hamptons for the weekend, this about the Hamptons, that about the Hamptons; plus all of her "name-dropping". Her ego is seriously out of control. My husband used to watch the show once in a while in the morning to guess the answer to that spinning wheel thingy question then switch back to whatever else he was watching, but he quit because of her ego and whining.

I had a Beef Brisket sandwich from 'The Howling Coyote' of Chicago
A five bone rib sampler from Johnson's of Virginia Beach, Virginia
A three bone rib sampler from 'Cowboys' of Fort Worth, texas
A three bone rib sampler from 'Aussome Aussie' of Sydney, Australia
Overall I liked the Aussies food the best and they got my vote as you could vote for your favourite.
Throw in a fried twinkie and my diet is ruined for the next week. But for an event that only comes around once a year I'll make an exception.
