Woody, Buzz and the whole gang are back. As their owner Andy prepares to depart for college, his loyal toys find themselves in daycare where untamed tots with their sticky little fingers do not play nice. So, it's all for one and one for all as they join Barbie's counterpart Ken, a thespian hedgehog named Mr. Pricklepants and a pink, strawberry-scented teddy bear called Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear to plan their great escape.
Did I just hear Huggabunch?
Is anyone planning on going to see this movie this weekend? I'm excited to see it in 3-D!
I have heard that people that were kids when Toy Story 1 originally came out back in 1995 are actually bawling at the end of "Toy Story 3".. if you think about it, 15 years have gone by and those kids have grown up with the movie. So I can totally see the sentimental emotions attached to the whole experience.
I'm actually stoked to see it pop off the scene in 3-D! Should be an amazing experience...
Check out this great website dedicated to all three movies:

I loved the first two. In fact I had just started dating my husbnad when the first one came out. I had taken my nieces to see it and was so blown away that two days later I took HIM to see it. I knew hed never have seen it otherwise just dismissing it as "a kids movie".
Whenever I plan on taking my daughter and her friends to this new one every adult in ear shot will pipe in "I wanna go too!"

Still have to wait 'til July 28th, but I'm really looking forward to seeing it with the kids.
I enjoyed most of the Pixar films, but the Toy Story series remain my absolute favorite. I'm glad they decided to make another one.

My boyfriend and I went to see this opening weekend. We didn't see it in 3-d though. But what a sweet and fun movie. Entertaining for kids as well as adults. And yes the ending made me cry.

Just got back from seeing this with my wife and son...it was great. This was only my son's second time to the theatre...the first time (Ice Age 3) didn't go so well...had to carry him outta the theatre over my shoulders like a sack a potatoes. This time, however, he was perfectly behaved, and he seemed to really enjoy the movie as well...he was smiling throughout most of the movie. A few intense parts, so I hope he doesn't have nightmares...ie the creepy baby doll....nuff said...go see it...

I cryed too. Hahaha
Is it just me - or was this a movie that DIDNT need to be seen in 3D??? Usually I opt for 3D but this one - I really dont recall anything really poppin out at me. It was good, but it would have been just as good in 2D I think.

i just saw it and yes the ending is very sad, i actually thought he wouldnt be able to go through with it ,giving his fav toys away to a crazy little girl, it was very poignant i had always dismissed toy story films as just for kids and not worthy of my time but i get it now so much so i went and got the first 2 so me and my nephews coudl watch them before they go see the third!!!

I cannot seem to watch any of this series. I have never made it all the way through (actually only a few minutes of) any of them. What am I missing here? These are supposed to be the best animated movies of the past little while....
