i didn't see this one. for some reason, it didn't seem appealing to me. but i am sure i will check out the dvd.
does anyone here even bother with newer movies anymore? it seems like most people here don't see the new stuff or tend to not care for the latest releases. OR...they wait for the dvds?

well, i saw it and really ended up enjoying it. I would at least recommend RENTING it (I dont see new movies in theaters a whole lot as most disappoint).
It was creepy. I give it a solid 7.
Probably would get a higher mark but it was one of those films I "picked apart" at the end, and sometimes that can make things in a movie not-so-plausible.
Still - among some of its modern day peers, this was one of the better new ones.

Orphan is on my list to see. I love newer movies but I'm one who either waits for DVD, PPV or, if it's one that I just kinda want to see, wait till it's on one of the movie channels.

I go see the newer ones. I don't always have the time to post my opinions on them. Will wait and rent Orphan........
