Gosh...that's a bummer...probably from smoking....
I love the Smokey and the Bandit movies...those are the only movies I remember him from.
He was a funny guy.

i hadn't seen or heard about this guy since the smokey movies(the one he starred in was terrible). he played a great role in a great couple of movies though.
