I challenge ANY man to watch this and not think OH MY GOD !!! Go on prove me wrong!! Watched at 16 i was like OH WOW thats what women look like in another world.
...In all honesty, this video kinda scared me when I'd watch it as a kid. But it would eventually go on to become one of my favorite music videos of the 80's and also become an influence in my interest in the Sci-Fi Genre.

Recently I've been looking at other songs from 80's artists that had one big hit. This was a video from Kim Carnes I never saw before, a creepy video!
since I've been in kind of a sentimental frame of mind lately..i figured I'd go with one of my favorite love ballads this week...even though this song conjures up some painful memories for me.
One of my favorite songs from this band..with a great awesomely cheesy music video to boot.

My favorite is widely considered one of the worst music videos ever, Don Johnson's Hearbeat, a bad concept video if ever there was one. It never fails to crack me up at the part where Johnson is overemoting on stage with the girls crossing behind him. When you see it, you'll know what I mean!

This video was one of my favorites as a kid...Sure, it's a pretty much a blatant, cheap Star Wars rip-off...But who cares?..It's a fun little video and 80's pop song.
Tattooine Boogie Anyone!?!

Scream Until You Like It is a fun video. The tune was originally performed by Only Child in ī88. Iīm going to watch few Ghoulies flicks soon.

Though the meaning of this song is still a mystery to me...Is it an Anti-War song or is it the answers to some random history school exam IDK..but anyway, what's important is the music is still pretty catchy and the video is like an episode of The Wonder Years....looks like a winner to me

Pyro, the lyrics of We Didn't Start the Fire concern the historical events that Billy Joel and his generation witnessed throughout their lives.
I hope that that clears it up for you.

The Buggles' iconic song "Video Killed the Radio Star" (1979) is not quite '80's, but I definitely connect it to that decade since it obviously seems to foretell the forthcoming huge popularity of MTV.
Here's the original music video, as well as a much later 2004 live performance by the Buggles - very cool.

Sorry, didn't mean to misinform anyone here - as far as I can tell, this link takes you to the 1981 video of "Video Killed the Radio Star" - the song itself is from 1979, however.
