I thought that as a new topic, I would introduce the subject of animated 80s film clips, which I have been looking into.
The following two sections are a sample of what I have put together.
Australian:
Crowded House -- Mean To Me Goanna -- Solid Rock Icehouse -- Love In Motion I'm Talking -- Lead The Way Inxs -- What You Need Machinations -- You Got Me Going Again Mental As Anything -- Spirit Got Lost Midnight Oil -- Dead Heart Rockmelons -- Rhymes Wa Wa Nee -- Stimulation
Foreign:
A-ha -- Take On Me Chris de Burgh -- The Lady In Red D-A-D -- Sleeping My Day Away Dire Straits -- Money For Nothing Peter Gabriel -- Sledgehammer Howard Jones -- Like To Get To Know You Well (U.S. film clip) Cindy Lauper -- She Bop Steve Miller -- Abracadabra New Order -- Blue Monday Queen -- A Kind Of Magic
What other animated 80s film clips do you remember?

Eye In The Sky - The Alan Parsons Project
A Criminal Mind - Gowan * A great Canadain Band...have you guys heard of them? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIjddye2JSA Posted by mamamiasweetpeaches (Member # 1715) on :
The show DEGRASSI JUNIOR HIGH used to use GOWAN as background music. A few good songs, my favorite was Moonlight Desires which was used in the DEGRASSI movie SCHOOLS OUT.

Let's not forget also Elton John "Club at the End of the Street," and the study version of George Harrison's "I've Got My Mind Set on You."

Howard Jones-You know I love you California Raisins videos And there's a late 80's Tears For Fears video that was one, but the title eludes me.

Riptide, the Tears For Fears video that you refer to is Sowing The Seeds Of Love. I hope that that helps. Posted by Devolution (Member # 1731) on :
