Yay! Now we're talking!
I love practically everything by The Clash, so once again making a top 3 is very hard to do. Picking 'Should I Stay or Should I Go' or 'Rock the Casbah' would be so obvious. So I will leave those for the honorable mentions list, which seems to become a trend in the top 3-topics.
1. The Guns of Brixton 2. This is Radio Clash 3. Bankrobber
honorable mentions:
The Magnificent Seven Rock the Casbah Should I Stay or Should I go Lost in the Supermarket Rudie Can't Fail ...

As a lifetime Clashaholic, this is a difficult task. I'm bucking convention this time, just because I can hardly pick three tracks from London Calling or the debut album. So in this special case I'm going to cheat, so here's my top 3 from each album with the sole exception of cut the crap.
The Clash
1.White man inn Hammersmith Palais 2.Clash City Rockers 3.Janie Jones
Give em enough rope
1.Safe European Home 2.Tommy Gun 3. All the young punks
London Calling
1.London Calling 2.Lost in the supermarket 3.Jimmy Jazz
Sandinista
1.Up in Heaven(not only here) 2.Police on my back 3.Something about Englansd
Combat Rock
1. Straight to Hell 2. Rock the Casbah 3. Know your rights
Cut the Crap
1.This is England
If anyone is a big fan, I just picked up the Joe Strummer DVD, the future is unwritten. It's really excellent, tons about the Clash, Joe, campfire interviews with friends like Matt Dillon, Flea, and many others.
