I'm putting together an 80's woman rocker compilation, all the usual suspect like Jett, Benetar, Aaron, Hynde, Girl School, Divinyls, Headpins and a few additions like the group Toronto. I always liked this song, very Benetar-ish like first few albums era. Some hard rocking chicks in this group, unfortunately their success was relegated to north of the border. They had a few other hits, but gosh darnit with that opening riff I am so easily transported back to the early 80's. Yeah!

Wow....I haven't heard that song in years. Good idea for a compilation. Definitley put some Heart in it(no pun intended). Can't beat Benetar as far as female rockers go. Her music is amazing.

Don't forget Madam X and Warlock

Yeah, Madam X had a male singer but there sure was those Petrucci sisters.
Didnīt forgot Warlock, for some reason i just donīt like it that much...
I love Robin Beck but all her videos are ballads. Her latest "Livinī on a Dream" album smokes!

Wow, cool suggestions, some of those I never heard of. How about the Great Cat? Was she purely a shredder or did she sing? Can't even remember. The group Precious Metal rings a bell too.

There's also a group called Sacred Child that was pretty decent. They only had one album but it wasn't that bad at all. Can't find anything by them on Youtube. Interesting thing about this band is that their singer, Astrid Young, is the little sister of Neil Young. I reccommend that you try and find something by them, though it might take some work.

Here's one link for Sacred Child I was able to find.
Lorraine Lewis of Femme Fatale is hot.

I'm from Canada, and had the Toronto album...correction...still have the Toronto album. Cool back in the day...it has a 3D picture on the back and came with the red/blue glasses.
