Men without Hats - all the way.
Men At Work makes me react in a similar way to rigby Reardon when someone mentions 'cleaning woman'.......

i've only ever heard one men without hats song. men at work at least made me laugh a little. and colin hay is part of a long intro to the tv show scrubs, playing overkill acoustically. that's enough for me to decide.
men at work ftw

I'd compare these two groups to the Beatles and Stones. Actually no, I was kidding. Men at Work were good for their time, some real fun Police-style songs, good tunes spread across three albums. Men w/o Hats were a good singles band, but their albums had a lot of filler. Still probably one of the most successful Montreal bands.

Why don't we just merge the bands together and call them Men Without Hats At Work?

I like both bands. Men at Work wins by an eyelash.

Devolution here,
Men at work, without an afterthought, but the funny thing is Dr. Heckyl and Mr. Jive isn't an album but it is the first song on Cargo, which is a far superior album to the first one, Business as Usual.
Their best song is It's a Mistake.
We are DEVO

I think Overkill is their best, I also like No Restrictions, a lost 80's classic if I ever heard one. The first two albums are pretty solid. The third one is really hard to find on cd.

I can’t really pick a favorite.
Both bands had some decent songs. I really like the catchy ‘Where Do the Boys Go’ from Men Without Hats. I’m not so familiar with Men At Work. Though 'Overkill' is a great song that should be on every 80’s compilation.
