80sRocked-I saw The Starship last February in Concert...they were the best concert I have ever been to. I love every song they sing. They had a new girl singer, in place of Grace Slick....and she was awesome. She was actually sitting beside us at the place we ate lunch at, her chair was up against mine, and she was talking on her cell phone about the concert...that was kind of cool, we saw her in the hallway later on...and she said hi to us...she was still talking on the cell phone.
She sang AC/DC's "Shook Me All Night Long" at the end, and it was awesome.
I love No Way Out.
My favorite songs of theirs are:
Miracles, Count on Me, White Rabbit, Jane, Find Your Way Back, It's Not Over til it's over, ...
If you have never heard this song...let me know what you think. I love it.

Excellent... I love Sarah by Starship.
You guys won't believe me but, my English teacher in high school, his name was "Mr. O'Neill" used to tell us that he was Grace Slicks half brother. He told us that he went to a bunch of Jefferson Airplane concerts back-in-the-day and partied with the band... I never found out if it was true, but he would swear it was true. In English of course...

I never heard that one before(I Didn't Mean To Stay All Night). Is it new? Pretty good. Amazing how much it sounds like Def Leppard like everyone says.

Funny, I've been recently trying to get albums by all the incarnations of the band, particularly the early JA albums. White Rabbit is such a tour de force, maybe because the way it was used in Platoon. I like the later stuff too although I am not familiar with the pre-Knee Deep in the hoopla Jefferson Starship, but thinking of getting one of those gold collection cd's. I recently saw the video for this, and totally forgot about it until now.
Oh yeah, It's Not Enough is a great song. Gotta love White Rabbit as well.

I Didn't Mean to Stay All Night...came out in the late 80's. I still have it on a cassette single. Remember those? I remember playing it over and over , when I was driving home on the weekends to visit my family. It actually does sound a little different than alot of their other music.
