Oddly enough, I have this video on tape, or at least half of it. I just thought it was the dumbest thing. Sorry. But Michael Damian was a disaster.

Devo!! What a disappointment! Listen, it was not so much about Michael Damian but more the three actors dancing around and lip synching and being all excited to be in a music video. I liked Meredith's dress and I the song was kind of cool at the time. My position stands !

I used to have Michael Damian's tape (hides head in shame) . I loved Rock On, and I used to watch The Young and the Restless cause I thought he was cute (hiding head again) . I have to say, I liked the song a lot. I actually like his version better than Def Leppard's version.

I love Def Leppard, don't get me wrong. But I just don't care for their version as much. It's okay...I don't hate it or anything.

Yeah pettyfan, I'm a Young & The Restless viewer too. I have been since like 1979 when I was in kindergarden and my Mom would pick me up from school and we'd lay on the couch and watch it. Scary! I remember how they tried to make "Danny Romalotti" out to be this huge pop star and Cricket and Lauren were like all over him...lol!!
As for the Def Leppard version, I can't do it...I love Def Leppard, but this just isn't poppin' enough for me . I'll stick to "Rock On 89'" !!
