This song was one of the first 45 records I owned, I remember it came out when I was in 6th grade, so that was going from 1979-1980...and I loved it then, and still do. Does anyone have a photo of Charlie Dore...I have never seen what she looks like. What ever happened to her?? Charlie Dore is a girl, right?? It sure sounds like a girl singing. But, the name is deceiving-like Stevie Nicks.

But...I alway thought the person singing Hot Child in the City was a girl, and it wasn't.
