I was watching some Ramones DVD's of late and it really hit home that they are really gone. Only Marky and Tommy the two drummers are still around, so sad. Through the years I heard that all the Ramones were very different types of people, Johnny and Joey's political attitudes were very different, and Dee Dee was just a real entertaining character. I used to always like Dee Dee the best, but after seeing the DVD, I really liked Joey's chill sort of vibe and Johnny just looked and sounded so cool with his classic downstrokes on the guitar.
