I heard this on the radio today, and every time I hear it...it gives me chills...cause it is such a GREAT song. I love Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac...their music is so great...Rhiannnon is another song that does that too me....I love it....this is what I mean about song lyrics and relating to them.
If Anyone Falls
I hear a voice... in the room next to mine Feels good... sounds good... Closes the door from behind And another voice... comes thru the door
I am dealing with a man When away from me... stays deep inside my heart And he says if anyone falls in love It will be one of us
If anyone falls in love Somewhere... in the twilight... dreamtime Somewhere... in the back of your mind If anyone falls...
And I heard someone say As my eyes turned away He said "I have loved many women I have many times... run away"
Ooh... I have never known the words Well I have tried to be true Well I have never known what to say How to say... seen anything today Never seen... anything... like you
If anyone falls in love Somewhere... in the twilight... dreamtime Somewhere... in the back of your mind If anyone falls...
So I'm never gonna see you Never gonna see you... deep inside my heart Oh I see your shadow against Shadow against... shadow against the wall Baby I see your shadow against the wall

Do you know what year, or what album this song is from? I've been on a Nicks tip lately as well. I played Stand back yesterday, and I still don't get tired of it.

I believe the song is from 1983.
Back in those days, I had a penpal correspondence with several people and we exchanged lists of favorite Top-40 songs of the year.
One of those penpals, a teenager named Noreen from Illinois, wrote to me saying that Stevie Nicks' "If Anyone Falls" was her fave song of 1983.

Oh good song Isis! You know I'm obsessed with Stevie. That song is from The Wild Heart album and it was released June 10, 1983 to be exact . I have all of Stevie's solo albums and her box set and I don't get sick of her music. There is just something about it. I can apply many of her lyrics to my own life. I have felt alot of the things she sings about. There's no one like her. Some of my favorite songs are:
Rock A Little Rose Garden Some Become Strangers Outside The Rain How Still My Love Doing The Best That I Can Thousand Days Mirror Mirror Battle of the Dragon (No One Walks Away)

Cindy....I don't know ANY of those songs you just listed...how is that possible???? I love Fleetwood Mac...the Rumors Album is one of the first records I ever remember listening to, and I love it to this day...I play it all the time when I am cleaning, and sing Second Hand News and Go Your Own Way, and Gold Dust Woman...as I scrub the bathroom floor.... Chain...keep us together...runnning in the shadows..... Love it!
Stevie is great...I love her too...I even love the name Stevie for a girl...I thought it was so cool that Adrienne Barbeau's name was Stevie in the Fog. I love: Leather and Lace, Stop Draggin My Heart Around, Stand Back, and so many of her songs.... my all time favorite song Fleetwood Mac sings is Fireflies...Cindy, do you know it? I have it on a 45 record in my jukebox....on our next marathon phone conversation...I'll play it for ya, if you never heard it. I love it.

Is Seven Wonders a Stevie Nicks or a Fleetwood Mac song? I have a real craving to hear that song as of late. They don't play it enough on my radio station.
