Tommy Lee (the drummer of Motley Crue, and the jerk ex-hubby of Pamela Anderson) is now enrolled as a student at the University of Nebraska, in Lincoln, Nebraska. He is even playing drums for their marching band. It is for (no suprise!) an upcoming reality TV show!
Some people at the university came up with an idea that having a rock star would be good recruiting tool for students to attend there. But many others really don't like the idea at all, and fear that it would embarass the local community and set a bad example for their younger students.
Personally, I think Tommy made a bad choice. He should've gone to Brigham Young University, or Oral Roberts University instead! Let's see how he would liven up things in those religious campuses! :-)
