Hey everyone, I am new to the board. And I was wondering...HOW MANY OF YOU ARE "BOBBY" LOVERS? I am! I am so jealous of Bobby_Johnny_Lover!!! Hey, does anyone know how old he is now? I have been reading all the posts saying he is single, but, do you think that he would ever date a younger woman, say, in her 20's????

I think if Ron Thomas were to ever join this board, he'd be very frightened. All these girls talking about dating him from all parts of the world might be a little unsettling to him.

Um...I agree with xxJohnnyxx!!!! Talk of Ron Thomas on this board is crazy! Why is everyone so "inlove" with him? I mean, hello, it's been 20 years!!!! Get over it, he doesn't look like like a 0 yr old boiy anymore! So, yea, hopefully, he will never see this board, b/c if he does, GOD FORBID, he will freak! Poor guy! Leave him alone..hahahahahaha

I take that back. I think Ron Thomas would now be angry. "Has been" and "former young self" wouldn't sit too well. So if you ever meet him in real life, watch out for your knees.

Chris is right! I would never say "has been" to someone's face! I mean, actors work dam hard, I should know, I am dating one! So, yea that is pretty harsh! I mean I have met a few actors and I will be meeting with him as well, and you just have to remember, they're JUST PEOPLE! I don't go swoon, swoon, gag, gag OVER ANYONE! People are people, simple as that!

Did I say I was going to say it to his face? And yea actors are people that put themselves in the spotlight to be criticized and whatnot. And why should he get offended? Because I referred to him as a hasbeen? Well I guess he's not since he was never really famous anyway. And the part about what I said about his "former young self" whats wrong with that statement? It's true isn't it? None of us has got a clue what he looks like now, we're all drooling over a guy in a movie that was filmed almost 20 years ago. Chill out. And by the way, if he ever did read this board which I highly doubt, too bad if he was offended, it's a message board. People are allowed to express their opinions weather you like them or not.

Let's breathe. If Ron Thomas seriously wanted to make a push towards being a movie star, I'm sure he could have been a big one. But I think he chose martial arts over it and I have a great deal of respect for him in doing so. I just made some wise *** remarks. Does anybody really think that Ron Thomas would sweep your leg if he ever met you? No need for everyone to start getting wild.

ok it's final, Ron Thomas has become by far the most overrated actor in the Karate Kid, on this message board. The attention that people pay him is simply undeserved by him, for better or worse. But yet, everybody has pretty much admitted that Ron Thomas had a certain charm, in part because of his role and personality in the movie, that simply makes him irresistable. I mean how many better martial artists are there in the world than Ron Thomas, better looking actors, and even better looking martial arts actors.
