Hi Tamara! So you're from Cologne, huh? I must admit that I have not heard of it before. I would love to visit Germany someday. In fact, I want to visit all of Europe. I myself am from the States, Oregon to be exact.
So you are 15? I was that age when I first got into The Karate Kid too! I liked it before, but I discovered the movie kind of late because my parents did not allow us to go watch any movies in the theater when we were kids, which was the same time the KK movies came out. But I loved these movies when I was a teenager. I remember how in school I always used try to see if any boy would resemble Daniel, LOL! I did not get any results.:( I did come acros quite a few guys that resembled Johnny, Tommy, Bobby and moe joe and curly (referring to the Kobras). I was a silly kid, LOL!

Since you like RM so much Tamara, ever think about joining his yahoo group? He has a group and he has a homepage. I don't have the site handy at the moment, but the next time I drop by I'll give them to you. Also, did you know that he is to star in a new movie this year? The name has changed so many times, I believe it is called a "A cold day in August." It will be neat to see him again.

Hi Tamara,
the language is spoken in India. It's a Muslims dialect of Hindi and it's a mixture of Persian and Turkish. I don't know about it being hard to learn...I would guess that really depends on what nationality tries to learn it. I presume that for someone whose first language is English it would be hard because of the sounds made in Urdu, they are just not made in English. A German, Polish, and Russian speaker might have an easier time learning it, because they have a lot of the same sounds. In Urdu they have the Khh sound a lot which also exists in the three languages and others, that I have mentioned above. That's just my guess anyway. English still remains the hardest language to learn.:)

I'm 31 now, and when the KK movies first came out I was your age like among Midnight and celticbabe....I was 15 or a teenager also. I love all of his movies. When I was in school I never had no results in finding a RM look-alike :) I think he is still hot today with him being in his 40's or so. He's in his 40's today, right?

Hi Tamara! In an answer to u and paul i started liking RM when we watched The Outsiders in school. We had finished the book and the teacher had us watch it. Now Johnny was my favorite character in the book even BEFORE I saw him. I was curious to see what he looked like....he sounded adorable in the book.....and of course he did end up looking adorable in the movie. Paul, You might have wanted to know when me and Tamara started liking him because i guess we are some younger fans of him, but lets just say we developed good taste at a young age! Hi 80's girl! Yes of course, I did enjoy the movie Crossroads! At the beginning it was a little bit strange. It's very different than The Karate Kid. But the guitar duel at the end between Eugene Martone and Steve Vai is awesome.Totally great!Ralph Macchio plays very good in it,very realistic.

Hi Tamara! I watched Crossroads last night. Um and to say the truth i didn't really like it....it was just a little slow. But i do agree with you on the duel. It was awesome. It's ok if you liked the movie though. In my opinion it was just a little slow....but of course i still love RM and still like the other movies i've seen with him in them. ~80's Girl~

SHESHOTGAME - yeah! i remember about a year ago, discussing this disease which he was supposed to have had. there must have been something wrong with him beacuase it just isnt natural to be 22 and look like a 14 year old, i dont want to be nasty or anything but it seems as though he hadnt even hit pubity yet at the start of kk1 but i dunno maybe he was just like that. does anyone know anything about the desease? 80's girl, Tamara, yeah, a middle parting can look good on some people and silly on others. it was definitly good for Ralph tho i think.

To this day I had never seen "My Cousin Vinny" and yesterday ut was on t.v so I watched it. Obviously paying much attention to Ralph I once again asked the question: Why in the hell wasnt ralph maccio ever in another big hit??. Hi folks, its good to see other fans of RM. Being a guitar player, my fav is "Crossroads." The end guitar duel is the best piece of dramatic cinema ever filmed. Steve Vai is a total Bad Ace. Ralph is to for pulling off those crazy riffs.
