Wow, this was amazingly bad sci-fi/action flick. It´s so bad that it´s actually very amusing. Bad acting, crazy script and horrible dubbing. (yes, it´s american movie but some of the voices are dubbed )
Rotor may look like a gay biker but it´s a lethal killing machine. It has one weakness though, loud noises. So just make sure that your radio is loud enough and your car horn works.
Funny robots, some nice Dallas Texas scenery and enjoyable enough soundtrack.
Recommended only for the hardcore bad sci-fi/action lovers. Make sure that there´s plenty of beer in the freezer when you start to watch this one.

Yeah, it is great and it was really important back in the day because people rented most movies based on the cover art.
